Each Player may hold only one (1) Account on pil777. The registration of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your Account information and must update it promptly if any details change.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. pil777 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify pil777 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
pil777 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where pil777 reasonably suspects that the Account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes.
All financial transactions on pil777 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). pil777 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Visa, and Mastercard. Available payment methods may change from time to time at pil777's discretion.
Deposits: Deposits are credited to your pil777 Account upon confirmation of receipt by pil777's payment processor. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed on the deposit page. pil777 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. pil777 will process verified withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the Platform. pil777 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible.
Third-Party Payments: pil777 does not accept deposits from payment accounts not registered in the Player's own name, nor will pil777 process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Any attempt to use third-party payment methods may result in Account suspension and return of funds to the originating account.
Inactive Accounts: Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive. pil777 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to inactive accounts in accordance with its published fee schedule.
pil777 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:
All Games available on pil777 are governed by individual game rules published on the Platform. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each Game before wagering. pil777 accepts no liability for losses arising from a Player's failure to understand applicable game rules.
All RNG (Random Number Generator) Games on pil777 are sourced from certified third-party providers whose RNG systems are independently audited for fairness and randomness. Live dealer Games are streamed from regulated studios. pil777 does not manipulate game outcomes.
In the event of a technical malfunction during a Game, pil777 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Player's Account. pil777 will not be liable for any losses claimed to result from technical errors beyond its reasonable control.
All wagers placed on pil777 are final once confirmed. pil777 does not accept requests to cancel or reverse confirmed wagers except where required by applicable law or these Terms.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on pil777 and constitute a material breach of these Terms:
pil777 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, withhold any Funds pending investigation, and report the matter to PAGCOR and relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate.
All content on the pil777 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements — is the property of pil777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the pil777 Platform without prior written consent from pil777. Unauthorized use of pil777's intellectual property may result in legal action.
pil777 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at pil777.com/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
pil777 implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect Player data. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and pil777 cannot warrant absolute security of data transmitted to or from the Platform.
pil777 will not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your personal data to third parties except as required by law, as necessary to provide Platform services (e.g., payment processors, KYC providers), or as described in the Privacy Policy.
pil777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to Players seriously. pil777 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your Account settings at any time:

pil777's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Funds deposited by that Player into their pil777 Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pil777 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. pil777 will use reasonable endeavours to maintain Platform availability but accepts no liability for downtime caused by maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude pil777's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
pil777 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, pil777 will provide reasonable notice to Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the pil777 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account in accordance with the Account closure procedure.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to contact pil777's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. pil777 is committed to resolving Player complaints fairly and promptly.
